Websites are critical for small business getting in contact with potential customers.  That great site you have allows your business to acquire new customers, maintain connection to the clients you have, and establish your credibility. A lot of small business owners maintain their own websites, and often there are key features which are neglected.  Sometimes this is because a business owner doesn’t understand the best practices concerning their online presence.  Other times it’s because one of those do-it-yourself site builders with limited features was used.
